While such conventional methods are included, they may not be enough to serve women who are looking to realize their fullest potential. My mission
Like a pebble tossed into still waters, my mission is that every woman who hears an inner voice yearning for something more, will listen to that guidance, for her own personal empowerment and for all the ripple effects that will radiate out into her life, her community and our world. A calling to be everything she is meant to be with love, honor and a deep knowing of her value. It took working with a coach myself to recognize just how important it is for us to trust that pull toward our greatest self-expression, to uncover our blocks and limiting beliefs to be able to live value-aligned and authentically. I’ve found that taking walks or hikes or trail runs—any form of exercise or movement, really—but especially spending time outdoors, helps me connect to my strengths, centers me in the present, and aids in the integration of new insights and awareness. Research has begun to identify just how powerfully beneficial it is to our mental and physical health to spend time in nature. I encourage everyone to go within and get outside to discover their own trail to transformation. — Diane K. Walker
