  • Nope. If you’re a woman who has already found her flow, I honor you and am so grateful for all that I know you are bringing to your life, to others and the world! These retreats are for those of us women who are still finding our flow, still searching for our “what’s next”, and who feel READY to break through to our highest potentials!

  • Good question! A coach can guide you to uncover the greatness within you and lead you on a journey to transform your life. For rapid, extraordinary results? Find yourself a group of like-minded women, women feeling that call to the greatest possibilities for their lives, who are ready to explore what new pathways will be called forth in a safe, supported and honored way. Add in the time and space to get away from the everyday, to move and explore nature in an astounding setting to allow for reflection and integration of newly gained perspectives (inside and out)? Now you're on YOUR Trail to Transformation!

  • Most of Yellowstone’s elevation is over 6,000ft (1829m). Your guide knows that many visitors arrive from lower elevations and will make trail choices to fit the group. Trail selection is made on a day-to-day basis as closures due to wildlife or environmental conditions may occur. Send me an email if you want to have a quick call about the hikes.

  • Yellowstone is home to a spectacular assortment of wildlife and with luck, you'll get to see a few. As visitors, there are precautions we'll take to ensure our own safety and the safety of the group while maintaining respect and appreciation for the wildlife who live in YNP. Our group size is typical of the numbers the National Park Service recommends (4 or more) for recreating in Yellowstone's backcountry. Wildlife prefer to avoid us and spotting a bear can be rare, but if you would like to rent or purchase bear spray once you’ve arrived, and are unfamiliar with how to use it, we’ll go over that before hitting the trails. Quick travel tip: Bear spray can’t go on planes. Renting is a great option if you want to carry your own. Your guide will be carrying bear spray on all hikes. Be sure to check out the Yellowstone National Park website before your trip (to get excited!) and to get familiar with what to expect and other important information for visitors.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended in the event of an emergency, injury, illness, unexpected change in life circumstances, etc., that may prevent you from making the trip. With hotel cancellation policies and other pre-trip logistics, only 50% of your costs can be refunded if the event occurs more than a month before your trip's start date. If something were to change your plans within 30 days, unfortunately, no refund is possible. Travel insurance can help you in the event of something unexpected.

  • Varied! Spring can be rainy and snowy (yup) but can also be wonderfully pleasant and colorful, with the grasses greening and flowers starting to bloom. (Also, little orange bison babies are frolicking in the fields)! Summer can be warm with occasional afternoon thunder showers. Fall brings cooler temps (and rutting elk). Expect cool to cold evenings just about any season.

  • Just a day pack to carry your gear, food and plenty of water (it can be very dry here--you'll want to drink more than may be usual for you). If you are used to hiking with poles, bring 'em along. Another quick travel tip: Poles cannot be carried on planes and therefore have to be checked during your flight. If you want to buy some for the trip (they aren't required), the kind that fold up would be recommended so they can be stuffed in your pack when not in use. Oh, and bring a swimsuit--there may be options for soaking in natural hot springs! Ahhhhh...
